This is very powerful and can be tremendously helpful for many people.
It can work wanders for people suffering from deep depression too someone that may have a "technically" good life but are still not as happy as they feel they should be or want to be and every one in between can get amazing results by doing this simple thing.
When I discovered this technique I was in a very bad way and suffering bouts of deep depression and often thought about suicide. This simple technique saved my life and my two sons from losing their one and only parent. Now I am very happy and so glad to be alive! I'm sure you can understand that this technique is very important to me and I hope it will help many other people too.
When I started doing this I thought it seemed stupid and I didn't think I would get anything out of it but I knew I had to do something so I gave it a try and the results where amazing! So please, give it a try for at least a week and see how much better and more fulfilled you feel. Then the longer you do it the better & better you will feel and the better & better you will know yourself.
Here it is: You will need some paper and something to write with. At the end of the day write down 5 things that happened that day that you are grateful for. For some it may simply be that you where still breathing when you woke up that morning and stuff like that. If that is the best you can come up with, then that is what you write down. It can also be something or someone that made you happy, made you smile...in some way, simply anything that you appreciated that day.
Again all you need to do is at the end of the day write down 5 things that happened that day that you are grateful for.
This is both very simple and very powerful. Do this at the end of every day and you will be surprised at the results. As you keep doing this it will get easier and easier and you will get happier and happier.
If you know anyone that could use some more happiness, appreciation or gratefulness in their life please forward this to them so they can enjoy the benefits too.
