Problem-Solving Method From 1946 Revealed.
In 1946 at age 20 while working in the "Inventions Inspection"
department of the Caspian Sea flotilla of the Soviet Navy, a young man
made a remarkable discovery about how to solve problems.
Aiming to
capitalize on his discovery, in 1948, he sent a dangerous letter
addressed as follows: “Personally to Comrade Stalin”. He explained that
the approach to solving problems in the USSR was chaotic and filled with
ignorance about innovation. At the end of the letter he made an
outrageous statement: There was a method that could revolutionize the
world and produce invaluable results. For this great insight, Stalin
banished him to a Siberian Gulag (concentration camp) where he worked
12-hour days.
After Stalin died in 1953, he was released. He
studied 200,000 patents and discovered there were only 1500 basic
problems that could be easily fixed by using the right principles. He
developed a sequence of steps that could solve virtually ANY problem.
In
the past I had wondered why no 2 marketers can execute a supposedly
step-by-step solution in the same way and achieve the same result. It's
not just a simple case of a product that can't please everyone; it's
that no 2 person share the same thinking process.
The way we think
and act is what makes us unique. With this 1946 method, we can
hypothesize scenarios and possible solutions according to our own
reasoning and apply them in full confidence that it is how we want to
make things work.
Imagine if only you have full knowledge of this method, how many problems—no matter the size and its nature—can you solve:
* Problems with your money
* Problems with finding your target market
* Problems with building your list
* Problems with your relationships
* Problems with your work
And not just yours but others, and get paid for it in the process?
If
you have problems related to your activities as an online marketer or
entrepreneur, or you have other pressing issues and problems that steal
your money, time, energy, focus or enjoyment in life, then this might be
the most important report you'll read this year.

Achieve Independence By Setting Your Financial Goals
You must plan carefully and always return to your plan after the inevitable deviation.
I was in the park the other day and a young lady walked passed,
pushing a pushchair with a cute baby asleep in it. As I watched them
pass by, I started to think about the high dependency factor of human
babies. They are totally dependent on whoever is looking after them. The
only thing they do for themselves is breathe, pump blood around their
little bodies and, well, pooh, wee and be sick. None of which they have a
great deal of control over!
Now isn’t it a strange thing. The young of other species are much
more self-reliant than the human baby. A newly born calf, for instance,
can be up on its legs and tottering around in minutes of the birth.
The human baby, on the other hand, takes about three months before it
can do the most rudimentary things for itself. And it takes several
years for it to reach some form of independence. If the truth be told, I
can’t see my two eldest children, well into their twenties, actually
reaching independence in the true sense of the word for many years
ahead!
Does independence come when a person reaches a certain age or status?
No. Is anyone truly independent…ever? Probably not. But there are
levels of independence depending on each individual’s circumstances.
We are all dependent on the person who pays for our everyday needs
and desires. Whether or not this is an employer who pays you for the
work that you do or a customer who pays you for delivering goods or a
service, or whoever it is that supplies your money. Without that
support, your life would be immeasurably more difficult.
So why do people strive to become independent?
Well, it’s probably the worry that the source of that life saving
money may be cut off for whatever reason. Redundancy is now in the air
as a threat to people’s way of living. But of course, many other things
can threaten someone’s livelihood.
- If you fall seriously ill, you will more than likely be unable to work. A fall in your living standards is probably the consequence.
- If the company you work for becomes bankrupt, you’re unlikely to receive any golden handshake with the inevitable worry and fall in living standards.
- If your partner becomes so ill that you need to stay at home to look after him/her, life can be financially as well as emotionally difficult.
Well, the simple answer is to work for yourself from home.
This is about as close as most people get to independence. Of course, you’re still dependent on numerous people, but the thing about working for yourself from home is that you feel far more in charge of your own destiny. You can arrange your own work schedule. If you want to work, as I often do, at 3 o’clock in the morning, that’s fine, because you can stay in bed the next day if you want to.
You have to be focussed and disciplined, of course; otherwise you could slip into lazy habits and start struggling to make money. But if you can steel yourself against the many distractions you are bound to face, working from home has many advantages.
Now the Internet is a fantastic source of home work. Set up your own little office with your computer and internet connection and the world is your oyster! Sounds idyllic and if you plan things properly there’s no reason why you should not succeed.
What you need is a good plan along with a sense of direction.
Write down your goals….Long Term, Medium Term and Short Term.
Then break down the Short term goals into Monthly, then Weekly, then Daily activities that you are certain you can achieve.
Tie your Short term goals to your Medium term ones and then do the same for your Medium and Long term goals.
It’s like driving from say Brighton to Edinburgh. You probably could do it by just setting out and pointing the car in the rough direction of north. Use the direction of the sun and the prevailing winds and the North Star at night! It would take some time and a lot of false turns, but in the end, you should arrive in Edinburgh.
However, how much easier the journey is with a map and even easier with a Sat. Nav. You can make detours to explore something interesting on the way, but then you can return to your planned route and continue confidently on your journey.
That’s what your written goals can be. A map or plan of action. If you need to stop for a while and move sideways, that’s no problem, because you can then get back on course again by looking at your daily, weekly and monthly goals.
So, prepare carefully, plan wisely and set your goals.

Your IQ is NOT a fixed number! Discover how to increase it.
To
be honest, I used to think your IQ could not really be increased, that
was until I started learning about the brain and psychology.
Do you know the 3 key components that help to increase your IQ?
The 3 key components are:
* Cognitive function - memory, problem solving, attention, mental imagery, and perception.
* Ability to cope with everyday life
* Thought and reasoning
If
you look at all the key components in turn you'll notice that it is
possible to improve in all the areas mentioned, but it can be a lot of
hard work.
My good friend Steven Aitchison, The UK's No. 1 Blogger
in Personal Development, has just released a brand new product that can
drastically cut down that hard work. It's called IsoMind, you can check it out here.
The
IsoMind program uses Isochronics to increase your abilities in all the
key components of IQ. Steven, who gained his degree in Psychology, has
been studying Isochronics for a number of years and believes he has come
up with a guaranteed way to increase your IQ and cognitive abilities in
general.
He states that "the first step in increasing our
intelligence is believing we can increase it, the second step is knowing
the key components, and the third step is taking action..."
Steven
has given us the key components, and also taken the hard work out of
taking action by making the program as easy as possible, all you have to
do now is take a little action yourself...

The Power Of Practicing Gratefulness by Josh Hinds
Have you ever noticed that we tend to attract into our life those things which we focus on most? Granted, that's not exactly rocket science, and more then a little obvious. That said, because it is true it only makes sense to give pause and really think about what it is that we want so we can lessen the possibility of ending up with a whole lot of what we don't desire.
Friend, if we want to experience a greater sense of fulfillment we need to really explore the things that we're grateful for. What I'm suggesting is really getting down to the nitty-gritty and looking back on the successes that you and I have experienced at different points in our lives.
The reality is if we're not careful it's very easy to look at our lives and miss out on the many achievements we have experienced. It's incredibly important to acknowledge our accomplishments because that is one of the main things that helps us grow our belief system—the same belief system that will allow us to overcome and conquer any and all future challenges which will come our way.
Here's a simple strategy to get in touch with the things you have to be grateful for:
Take a piece of paper and write down the things that you're thankful for—both past and present. Resist the urge you may have to edit out anything that comes to mind. Just write it down. simply practice free writing—simply write down what comes to mind—your past achievements no matter how menial they may appear in this moment. In reality each and every past accomplishment is incredibly important because in some way its helped to craft you into the amazingly talented person you are.
After you have written down your list of previous accomplishments from your life just read over it. Think back on each of those positive experiences—reliving them as best as you can. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath and to the best of your ability think back on how great you felt for having succeeded in each of the past experiences you wrote down.
Take just a minute to remind yourself that you have everything you need to meet with success in all your current endeavors.
Look back on your list of achievements at the beginning of every day. Doing so can be a powerful source of encouragement and a great way to kick off your day.
Remember...It's your life, LIVE BIG!

Can The Brain Change Itself?
Hello, if you think that poor memory, slower thinking, and painful movement are simply a part of getting older, then you might want to think again.
New discoveries in something called neuroplasticity have proven that this is just a myth.
So what are the secrets to keeping your brain young, active and growing? You can find out in a short 5-minute video presentation by Anat Baniel, a pioneer in brain plasticity research.
You will learn:
* a simple technique you can use in just 5 minutes a day to create brain plasticity
* why the brain is responsible for more than just intelligence, it is responsible for how we move as well
* why doing the same brain building activities (like crossword puzzles) will not work over time
* the benefits of walking backwards
And you might be surprised to hear what Anat has to say about abdominal exercises.
If you or a loved one wants to experience more vitality and energy at any age, I strongly recommend you take a look at this no-cost video.

Passion For Success
"Success is going from failure to failure without a loss of enthusiasm." Winston Churchill
There is nothing like enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is the fuel of success. It drives one on even when obstacles keep on mounting. It works hand-in-hand with determination.
Have you noticed that you tend to accomplish a task faster if you were enthusiastic about it in the first place and it tends to drag on forever if you just don't "feel it".
A person without enthusiasm lacks the spark that we often see in a go-getter. There is practically no drive and hardly can such a person see opportunities and chances with this frame of mind.
Steven Spielberg was so enthusiastic about making films that one day, when he was 17-years-old, he dressed up in a suit and tie, combed his hair, carried his father's briefcase (which contained nothing but a sandwich and candy bars) and made for Universal Pictures.
He strode past a guard and went into one of the offices. It was an unused office and after some days he bought some plastic nameplates and registered his name in the building directory!
How enthusiastic are we about our jobs? Of course the best way to be enthusiastic about anything is to genuinely enjoy it. Then enthusiasm will flow naturally. Since we all can't dump our present jobs, we can start developing our enthusiasm for them.
How?
(a) By thinking of all the benefits to us—money for traveling, clothes...
(b) By thinking of all those who benefit from our services—directly or indirectly
By doing this we would see some good sides to our jobs which we might never have thought of and we will start to appreciate them more.
(c) Then we should consciously look out for exciting or interesting things about our jobs.
Most of the time people claim to be bored by their jobs. It is simply because they had already closed their minds to the task.
(d) Set targets and deadlines for yourself. You will be surprised how this will make you more effective that even your boss will notice the difference (Who knows you might get a raise!).
(e) Read motivational books and apart from these read autobiographies of successful people in your field. They have a way of inspiring one to achieve success.

DETERMINATION: An Incredibly Inspiring Story
In 1883, a creative engineer named John Roebling was inspired by an idea to build a spectacular bridge connecting New York with the Long Island. However bridge building experts throughout the world thought that this was an impossible feat and told Roebling to forget the idea. It just could not be done. It was not practical. It had never been done before.
Roebling could not ignore the vision he had in his mind of this bridge. He thought about it all the time and he knew deep in his heart that it could be done. He just had to share the dream with someone else. After much discussion and persuasion he managed to convince his son Washington, an up-and-coming engineer, that the bridge in fact could be built.
Working together for the first time, the father and son developed concepts of how it could be accomplished and how the obstacles could be overcome. With great excitement and inspiration, and the headiness of a wild challenge before them, they hired their crew and began to build their dream bridge.
The project started well, but when it was only a few months underway a tragic accident on the site took the life of John Roebling. Washington was injured and left with a certain amount of brain damage, which resulted in him not being able to walk or talk or even move.
"We told them so."
"Crazy men and their crazy dreams."
"It`s foolish to chase wild visions."
Everyone had a negative comment to make and felt that the project should be scrapped since the Roeblings were the only ones who knew how the bridge could be built. In spite of his handicap Washington was never discouraged and still had a burning desire to complete the bridge and his mind was still as sharp as ever.
He tried to inspire and pass on his enthusiasm to some of his friends, but they were too daunted by the task. As he lay on his bed in his hospital room, with the sunlight streaming through the windows, a gentle breeze blew the flimsy white curtains apart and he was able to see the sky and the tops of the trees outside for just a moment.
It seemed that there was a message for him not to give up. Suddenly an idea hit him. All he could do was move one finger and he decided to make the best use of it. By moving this, he slowly developed a code of communication with his wife.
He touched his wife's arm with that finger, indicating to her that he wanted her to call the engineers again. Then he used the same method of tapping her arm to tell the engineers what to do. It seemed foolish but the project was under way again.
For 13 years Washington tapped out his instructions with his finger on his wife's arm, until the bridge was finally completed. Today the spectacular Brooklyn Bridge stands in all its glory as a tribute to the triumph of one man's indomitable spirit and his determination not to be defeated by circumstances. It is also a tribute to the engineers and their team work, and to their faith in a man who was considered mad by half the world. It stands too as a tangible monument to the love and devotion of his wife who for 13 long years patiently decoded the messages of her husband and told the engineers what to do.
Perhaps this is one of the best examples of a never-say-die attitude that overcomes a terrible physical handicap and achieves an impossible goal.
Often when we face obstacles in our day-to-day life, our hurdles seem very small in comparison to what many others have to face. The Brooklyn Bridge shows us that dreams that seem impossible can be realised with determination and persistence, no matter what the odds are.
Even the most distant dream can be realized with determination and persistence.

Discipline Yourself To Be Successful
We are all fairly good at disciplining our kids and disciplining our
pets. If we don't make them behave themselves and live and play by the
rules, they will get hurt, self destruct or, at the very least, make
life miserable for themselves, us and the world at large. No
problem...we all know that.
However, when it comes to the problem of inflicting some self-discipline, most of us come up a little short.
Nobody
is going to MAKE us be successful or happy. So it is up to us. When we
accept complete responsibility for our life and take charge of our own
destiny, we begin to realize that self-management is the vehicle that
will take us from where we are to wherever we want to go.
Remember the old Confucian saying, "If you don't change the road you're traveling on, you'll probably end up where you're going."
There
are things we can do that will make it a bit easier to discipline
ourselves and gain the self-control necessary to succeed at whatever
endeavor we choose.
Step #1: Set a goal. Write your goal down in a clear sentence or a short paragraph. Now you know where you are going.
Step #2: Make a plan. There is an old saying, "Those who fail to plan, plan to fail." You must have a plan for reaching your goal.
You
need to make a step-by-step plan to get from where you are to where you
want to be and to make that trip in the shortest possible amount of
time. Your plan should show you every step you need to make and in the
right order.
Step #3: Take the time to learn the things you need to know to reach your goal. Knowledge really is power. Sometimes knowledge comes from books and articles.
Sometimes it comes from just simply being observant of the world around us and really looking and listening.
Step #4: You must maintain your burning passion for the self-control required to reach your goal.
It's easy to lose that passion when things don't go just as planned but
you need to find inspiration where ever you can find it to fuel your
passion.

Conflict Resolution Tips
Those times always come when we find ourselves in a conflict with a friend, a family member or a co-worker. People disagree with one another...that is one of the cold hard facts of life...and learning how to resolve a conflict can make life easier at work and at home.
Here are 6 tips to help to resolve conflicts as quickly and painlessly as possible:
1. Hold your temper. Be slow to become angry. Count to 10...to 100 if necessary or walk away and give yourself time to control your anger before you make a hasty reply. Anger is an unproductive emotion that will only prolong the conflict.
2. Avoid pointing out mistakes the other person made directly. No one likes to be criticized. Rather choose your words carefully and point out errors the other person has made indirectly. Samuel Butler said it best. "A person convinced against his will is of the same opinion still".
3. Look for common ground. Compromise is an art form. There is usually a way that everybody can come together on at least one point in a conflict and resolution of the conflict can be built on compromise.
4. Admit you mistakes. If you determine that you were wrong in a dispute, admit it. Eating crow is never very tasty but it's not as hard to swallow when it is fresh.
5. Lead by example. Admit your own mistakes before pointing out a similar mistake made by another person. We always learn more from our mistakes than from anything we accidentally do right.
6. Mend your fences and do it as quickly as possible. Say you are sorry whether you are, at the moment, or not. Sometimes just a little time will resolve a conflict. This is a quote from the smartest woman I ever knew...my grandmother. "Don't let the sun set on a hard heart"...good advice.

How To Motivate People As A Leader
There are many people who are bound to follow, but only one person
meant to be a leader. The problem, however, is that some people think
that they cannot be leaders because leaders become so by destiny.
True,
many leaders have the same bubbling, charismatic, go-getter
personalities, but some people who were once humble, shy, and quiet have
become great leaders too.
It's all a matter of knowing what
people want and knowing how to motivate people. The last part, however,
can be the most difficult job that you will need to take on as a leader.
Motivating
people is certainly not easy, given that a person's ability to be
motivated is correlated with a person's personality.
When you
start working with a group of people, there will be as many different
quirks, personalities, and idiosyncrasies as there are people in that
group, and you may need to juggle many different duties. In striving to
please every single person, you may end up pleasing no one. So how can
you work with diverse personalities and still be able to motivate
people? Here are a few tips that you can use.
1) Avoid trying to show everyone that you're meeting their individual needs.
Although
this may appear counter intuitive, by appearing to be a rabid people
pleaser, you can end up looking like an idiot who can survive only on
the approval of others. Have you ever been annoyed when you saw someone
trying to stoop down to the level of everybody else? Then think what you
would look like if you were a leader and you had to do that... and
everyone had to see it.
2) Keep this in mind: you cannot please everybody.
This
is related to the previous statement, and it should also help you
understand this one: no matter how hard you try, you can never make
something turn out the way you want it, and you can never get a perfect
end product.
This also means that you need to keep on plodding on:
do not dwell on your mistakes, and learn from them instead. You cannot
move forward without letting go of the past, so instead of wasting your
time thinking and mulling over what you did wrong on that report, or
what you said wrong during that meeting, or what you could have done
right during your day, just keep on moving along.
3) Don't be afraid to show some anger and emotion.
You're
human. You can't smile all the time (and look ridiculous), be happy all
the time (and look even more ridiculous), or laugh all the time (and
look insane). If you're mad at your team, be firm; but don't be afraid
to show them that they've done something wrong and you're disappointed
in their work. Be true to yourself and you can see that your team will
be true to you. Just don't overdo it.
4) Prepare rewards for your team members.
Don't
stop at simple key chains or shirts, as though you were acting as a
mouthpiece for a company or corporation. Promise a treat at a nearby
restaurant if you all make a quota or get the job done. This way, you
can all celebrate together, and you effectively show your team that this
is a job for all of you, not just for them working under your orders.

How To Motivate And Bring Out The Best In Others
Whether you're a small team, an organization, a company or a family,
you will need a lot of motivation to get things done and achieve a level
of success. But motivation can be a tricky thing—while it's not
complicated, it certainly is not something that a lot of people have
automatic understanding for. So has the job of getting others excited
and inspired fallen into your hands?
Here are tips on how to motivate people and bring out the best in them:
1) Find the current level of motivation of the person you wish to motivate.
Each
person, whether he is an employee, a co-worker, a team member or a
family member, has some amount of motivation in them. Try to identify
this level. What makes them tick? What do they find exciting,
interesting or worthwhile? What are their goals? How do they hope to
achieve them?
Do not try to approach the challenge in a generic
way because you will be met with a lack of enthusiasm or even
resistance. Use a personalized approach if you want to motivate an
individual. With a group, look for a common denominator—a common goal or
interest—that you can use to motivate them and get them to perform.
2) See things from their point of view.
It's
easy to explain things based on what you perceive. But what about what
others see, think or feel? Each time you present an idea or concept to
the person you want to motivate, ask them for their opinions and listen
to what they have to say. You can then use information obtained from
them in order to create a motivational plan that has the strongest
appeal to them.
3) Use positive reinforcement.
Between
pleasure and pain, people will always choose pleasure. Try to steer
away from using negative motivational tactics such as fear or threats.
These could work initially but they are not very effective for
motivating people over a long term. Besides, using negative
reinforcements might result to a feeling of annoyance, anger or
exasperation. If not corrected early, this could even lead to aggression
and rebellion.
Use rewards instead. To motivate people, give
recognition, acknowledgment, gratitude, even gifts or citations. People
want to know that you notice their hard work. Didn't you say you
expected the best? Once someone has risen to that level of excellence,
give them the recognition they deserve. You'll be surprised at how
effective this technique is in keeping people motivated.
4) Show, don't tell.
If
you want to know how to effectively motivate people, show them through
example. What sort of behavior do you expect from them? Why not show
them by doing it yourself? They will be more willing to believe than if
you just lecture and never show.
5) Don't push.
It
is said that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them
drink. When you're trying to motivate people check to see if their
willingness is still there. There is a point in every endeavor when you
begin to meet with resistance. This could happen for a number of
reasons, including boredom, distraction, discovery of other more
interesting things or just simply lack of interest. It could also be
that your motivational efforts have reached a plateau.
Should this
happen, learn to let up, step back and if necessary, let go. People
will be more motivated if they don't feel pressured. If you sense a
resistance, stop and check for identifiable factors that are stopping
you. Once you have found them, design a different approach.

The Science Of Making That Great First Impression
Each time a new person meets you, that person takes just 10 seconds to form a whole laundry list of impressions. It is hard to imagine that in those 10 seconds much verbal communication takes place. Non-verbal communication is the most important aspect of forming a first impression.
1) Smile - Of all facial expressions, the smile is the most influential. When we smile, the other person nearly always smiles back. Remember to smile with your whole face, don't just use your jaw muscle.
2) Eye Contact - Effective eye contact implies confidence, honesty, and interest in the other person. Lack of eye contact is usually interpreted as a sign of fear, dishonesty, hostility, or boredom.
3) Posture - Practice good posture, although it might feel awkward at first. Posture is one of the first things that someone notices. Individuals with good posture are associated with being, friendly, intelligent, and confident.
4) Handshake - An effective handshake communicates an unconscious but important message to others about your self-esteem, energy and enthusiasm.

Motivation Is What Keeps Us Going
There will always be times in your life when you have to perform
tasks that you deem unpleasant for one reason or another—working with a
co-worker you don't like, going to work on Mondays, taking the garbage
out, driving to meet the in-laws at the airport, having dinner with the
spouse's friends...
Doing these things just siphons whatever
motivation you have inside you and makes you feel sad, tired, sorry,
even annoyed. But did you know that there are also things inside you
that actually make it difficult to feel excited and enthusiastic? Get to
learn the factors that make you hard to motivate:
1) Your mindset:
Your mindset is a major factor that can make you hard to motivate. This
is because it can severely limit your understanding of the world and
all experiences in general. Your mindset can sometimes be composed of
growth-inhibiting beliefs, prejudices, biases and standards.
If,
for example, you believe that nothing good can come out of your staff,
you'll fail to see that there is a clerk there that actually has
management potential.
If you refuse to believe that you can
actually write for a famous magazine because you're a person from a
small town, you'll miss out on an opportunity to expose your talent and
reap its rewards.
2) Your comfort zone: We all
have certain limitations in our minds. These limits are things we decide
on based on our own personal beliefs, ethics and standards. Within
these limits, we feel comfortable in and can pretty much do as we like.
Once
we approach the outer edges, we begin to feel discomfort, shyness,
embarrassment or annoyance. We do not wish to go further because we do
not like what we don't know or haven't experienced. Because we have a
fear of the unknown, we'd rather stay within our comfort zones because
we feel safe there.
The problem here is that a narrow comfort zone
can be a major factor that makes you hard to motivate. Each time you
are presented with a new idea or experience, you check to see if it fits
into your comfort zone.
If it doesn't, then you simply refuse, no
questions asked. This is unfortunate because many of these ideas and
experiences can be good for you. But you'll probably never know because
you don't have the motivation to try them.
3) Your past experience:
Did you get burned by the stove? That's probably why you hate to cook.
Did your former bosses fail to show appreciation for your hard work?
That's probably one reason why you don't feel motivated about your job.
Your
background—personal, social and professional experiences—has a lot to
do with how you decide things in your life. They can also be factors
that make you hard to motivate. If these experiences are negative, they
tend to make you more hesitant and unsure of yourself because they
affect your self-esteem and confidence.
If, for example, you've
only been met with rejection or ridicule in your life, it wouldn't be
hard to imagine if you don't feel a strong need to excel or to improve
yourself. You'll probably be thinking "So what? Nothing I ever did was
good anyway. Why would things change now?"
Unless you consciously
make an effort to identify these past experiences and then refuse to let
them rule your life, you will always be hard to motivate.

The incredible secret to Eternal Youth
Here's something amazing I just found out...
Somewhere in the world, there exists a nation of people who live to be 120 to 140 years old.
Imagine that!
The people of this nation do not suffer from the ailments that prematurely kill the modern man.
Obesity, cancer, heart attacks, and other diseases are relatively
unheard of in their society, because virtually none of them ever suffer
from such diseases.
Men from this nation are straight, tall, broad-shouldered, deep-chested, slim-waist, heavy legged and have full
heads of hair.
They remain virile well into their golden years, fathering children at age 100 or even older.
The women are straight, tall, slim-waisted, have well developed bosoms, perfect complexions, and luxuriant hair.
Women aged 80 look like American women of 40.
Learn how they do it here.
Men and women nearly 100 years old have perfect health, teeth, eyesight, and mental faculties.
It sounds like such a fantastical tale, doesn’t it?
But such miracles do exist, and this nation of “immortals” is undisputedly real.
These are the people of Hunza, located in West Pakistan, just 18 miles south of the border of what used to be the
U.S.S.R.
This amazing civilization was chronicled in detail in an extensive
series of articles in National Geographic, back in the 70s, by one Dr.
Alexander Leaf.
And here’s the great news: You don’t need to brave the elements, or
mountainous terrains to get access to the same secrets that the Hunza
have kept to themselves for centuries.
Because the secret to eternal youth is right here!
Imagine if you could:
- Discover the long sought-after secret of the Hunza Valley for
yourself, and attain the incredible powers of youth and vitality for
yourself!
- Reduce risk of heart failure by 65%...and you won't have to stop
eating the foods you love! All from using 1 simple technique that's been
proven to improve artery health and reduce hypertension and stress.
- Kiss fatigue goodbye! Energy drinks can be more harmful to your health
than you realize. Master ancient techniques that you fill you with MORE
vitality and energy than any "power drink" can.
- Add 40 years to your life just from eating 1 secret food that can be found in your kitchen right now.
And much more...
Yes, it's all possible with this. Watch this video and learn how today!

Don't Settle For Mediocrity
True success in life can only come by not settling for mediocrity, we should always strive to achieve and get the most out of life that we possibly can, it is only when we push ourselves and give it all we've got can we then give ourselves a pat on the back for a job well done.
Success in life depends on self-discipline and not giving in at the first hurdle you come across or going into a project only half-heartedly, by pushing yourself that little bit further you will be surprised at what you are capable of achieving, this is what separates the winners from the losers or the successful from the unsuccessful.
All people say that they want to succeed in life at whatever they do but very few are willing to actually push themselves just little bit further in order to achieve their goals, and this is why some of us succeed in life while others fail.
How well you succeed is all about how bad you want the success, what it means to you, are you willing to succeed a little or are you willing to go the whole nine yards and beyond to achieve a higher status and be outstanding?
We all start out with the best of intentions when racing towards the goals we have set, we shoot out of the starting gate and run down the straight away but many of us fall back at the first hurdle, we don't push, we run
out of steam when the going gets tough, we don't pause to catch our second wind but come to a halt and give up.
We stumble on half-heartedly and cross the finish line in second or third place at best, if we even finish at all.
Never settle for anything less than giving it you're all. Here are some tips to help you remember never to settle for anything but your best no matter what the project is. It doesn't matter how big or small the project is, put your all into getting it completed.
If you think you have given it your best shot, pause and ask yourself, "Could I improve?"
Plan our your project but always be willing to make changes and work your way around the unexpected. It's OK to pause but get back into the race and carry on until you pass the finish line.
Hope these tips help in keeping you up on your game and staying motivated, talk to you again soon.

Better Safe Than Sorry? by Bob Bly
When you were growing up, how often did you hear the words, "It's better to be safe than sorry"? Probably too often, especially when you became aware that most people who played it safe ended up sorry. It is the risk takers who generally end up winners!
How many people do you know who have passed up a magnificent opportunity because they might have had to mortgage their house or quit the job they had held for a number of years. Rather than step out boldly, they stepped back into safety.
Abraham Maslow said you will either step forward into growth or step back into safety. He also advised us if you plan on being anything less than you are capable of being you will probably be unhappy all the days of your life.
I am not suggesting that you become irresponsible, which is quite different from taking risks, although I will agree it is a fine line that separates the two.
The opposite of taking a risk is, of course, playing it safe. The latter would probably be a reasonable way of life for 70 or 80 years if you had a contract to live for a thousand years. Playing it safe is a pretty dull way to live and you end up looking back on your life wondering what would have happened if you had done this or tried that.
People who play it safe are generally not very exciting. In fact, they would probably border on being very boring. On a scale of one to ten as a risk taker, where do you stand?
Add a little spice to your life today and take a risk. Remember, if you play it safe you may end up sorry.

Taking Action Is The Only Way To Attain Your Dreams
Many people live their whole lives with fabulous and yet unfulfilled dreams. This is because dreams are little more than whimsy until focused and determined action is applied. Taking action is how you make fantasy into reality and achieve your wildest imaginings.
There are a good number of reasons to delay or deny yourself action. Some individuals find that they are always waiting for a better time, more money or a phenomenal opportunity. In reality however, most of these same are actually afraid to take the dreaded first step. This is because most advances towards success require a willingness to risk failure. Many people certainly have their reasons for delaying or denying actions. Most people will tell you that they are waiting for a better opportunity, more time, more money, or some other thing that is always just over the horizon. The truth however, is that most people are actually afraid to take action. They know that each time they do they risk failure.
Because of this, it is rarely ever external circumstances that keep people from moving forward. It is usually internal fear instead that keeps people motionless when the should be up and running. Self-doubt and fear is what often keeps people living mediocre and mundane lives when they instead could be taking the bull by the horns, so to speak.
Courage is the beginning of taking action. It is about recognizing that there is a possibility of failure and yet moving forward anyway. Great acts of courage are rarely, if ever, totally absent of fear. When you are ready to start aggressively walking the path of your life you must accept that there will be times of great terror in which you must keep pushing forward in spite of the negative emotions that attempt to thwart your progress.
Inactivity can actually be a huge source of depression and other damaging emotions. It is an unnatural way of living life, especially when you must watch dreams die away and opportunities dissolve. Choosing to take action often helps to restore positive thinking and a healthy and vibrant emotional state. Your body and mind are most happy and alive when you are putting them up for overcoming challenges.
One of the best ways to end a spell of stagnant living is to take stock of the underlying issues of your dormancy. It is important to ask yourself why you have been inactive in certain areas. By clearly outlining your fears you can begin to address and conquer them. You will find that in areas where you may not have advanced before because it seemed inopportune, you were instead simply afraid of risking failure.
It is also important to take a good look at the people that you surround yourself with. If you are constantly in the company of negative individuals that do not take action on their own dreams, it is likely that you will listen to a lot of discouraging and negative speak. When you are around this type of energy for extended periods of time you are far less likely to respond to life's challenges in a positive key.
When you choose to confront your fear and get rid of unnecessary negative feedback from those around you, you can keep a positive, proactive mindset. Taking action is sure to give you the results that you have been seeking but not getting while laying around and waiting for something to happen. When you put your hand to the task of structuring your life, you can steer valiantly towards the future of your very dreams.
